Symposium

We will hold a symposium following our discussion of Nuremberg. The question is, "Is there a place for war crime trials in the 21st century? If not, why not and if so, for whom and by whom?" In order to best prepare for this discussion, please post some thoughts here. You need to be familiar with current events worldwide.
